All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated or settings changed via our currency converter. Local currency will be shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

5. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
Once your order has been received, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout.
We do not have access to or store your complete payment-card details. Payments are processed through our third-party payment providers.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, delivery provider and circumstances outside of our control.

8. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, underwear and swimwear may be subject to specific hygiene and returns restrictions.
Items must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and, where applicable, must be unopened from its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with hygiene seals and tags intact.
